Withdraw Procedures
Q: What communication should I expect after I email or request a withdrawal on the Disc Golf Scene?
A: You will receive a cancellation email from the Krewe De Discus member and a confirmation of the completed Refund transfer. Krewe De Discus follows PDGA Refund Policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual of Disc Golf Events on the PDGA website.

The following Refund Policy is based on the number of days before the registration closes.

30 Days before the closing of the registration on November 1st, 2025 - 100% refund, the withdrawing player receives a 100% refund minus the $10.00 processing fee.

15 Days before the closing of the registration on November 1st, 2025 - 50% refund unless there is someone on the waitlist. If there is an player on the Waitlist, the withdrawing player receives 100% refund minus the $10.00 processing fee.

7 Days before the closing of the registration on November 1st, 2025 - 25% refund unless there is someone on the waitlist. If there is an player on the Waitlist, the withdrawing player receives 100% refund minus the $10.00 processing fee.

Players who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.

Waitlisted players will start to be promoted off the waitlist 50 to 45 days BEFORE the event begins.

Waitlisted players will be moved off the waitlist based on the DATE they sign-up. Signing up early increases your chances of being promoted off the waitlist.

We will not be distributing the Player's Pack in lieu of a monetary refund. The Player pack is reserved for the individuals that play in the event.
